Who is eligible to apply for the China Accelerator Program?

The program is open to high school students aged 15-18 with a strong interest in technology, innovation, and problem-solving. If you are outside this age range, please contact us at info@novavia-education.com.

Will I receive a certificate upon completion?

Yes, all participants will receive a certificate of completion that recognizes their participation and achievements during the camp.

How do I apply for a visa to China?
Please visit the Chinese consulate in your respective country to apply for a visa. If you need assistance or further information, please contact us at visa@novavia-education.com.
What is the refund policy if I need to cancel my enrollment?

Our refund policy depends on the timing of your cancellation. If you cancel at least 60 days before the program start date, you will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days prior to start of camp will incur a 25% administrative fee, and cancellations within 30 days of the start date are non-refundable. Can I pay the program fees in installment?
Yes, we offer flexible payment plans to accommodate different financial situations. You can pay the program fees in installments over a specified period. For more information about payment plan options, please contact our admissions team at admission@novavia-education.com.
Do I need to speak Chinese / Mandarin to participate in the program?
No, proficiency in Mandarin is not required. The program is conducted in English, and our bilingual staff provides language support to all students where needed.
What happens if I get sick or injured during the program?

Our campus has a dedicated medical center with qualified nurses, and we have protocols in place to handle medical emergencies. In case of illness or injury, our team will provide immediate care, contact the student’s emergency contacts, and coordinate with local healthcare providers if necessary. We also offer optional nursing services for students with specific medical needs.

Can I arrive early or stay after the program ends?

We recommend arriving on the designated start date and departing on the program's end date to ensure you don’t miss any activities. However, if you need to arrive early or stay longer, please contact us at info@novavia-education.com for recommendations.

A note regarding visa to China:

Nationals of 38 countries including Brunei, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Holland, Malaysia, Switzerland, Ireland, Hungary, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, New Zealand, Australia, Poland, Portugal, Greece, Cyprus, Slovenia, Slovakia, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Iceland, Andorra, Monaco, Liechtenstein, Korea, Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Malta, Estonia, Latvia, Japan holding valid ordinary passports can be exempted from visa requirement if entering into China for the purpose of business, tourism, family or friends visits, exchange and transit. Do the students require prior knowledge to participate in the China Accelerator Program?
No prior knowledge is needed. While foundational knowledge in business and design may be helpful, we welcome students from all backgrounds. Our goal is to teach and strengthen these skills, ensuring every participant leaves with a solid foundation.
What are the eligibility criteria and coverage details for a chaperone accompanying a school group?

School groups consisting of at least five students are eligible to bring one chaperone. The program will cover the chaperone’s meals, accommodations, local transportation, and tour tickets.

What are my responsibilities as a chaperone?

Chaperones are responsible for the holistic care of the students they bring to the camp. This includes ensuring punctual attendance, maintaining student behavior expectations, support supervising students during meals, excursions, and while at the accommodation. Chaperones are welcome to participate in workshops and evening activities if they choose.
